About Donations/Subscriptions:
The subject of clan donations/subscriptions can sometimes be a touchy one, which is why we've made this page to clearly state Euro Gamers's policy on clan donations/subscriptions. In short:
1. Donations are $20 (which is roughly GBP 13 or €15).
2. The donation is for a 3 month period.
3. When you make a donation, you are donating for the NEXT three months server rental, not the current 3 months for the server. This is because we've already paid for the current three months. So, for example, if you donate in November, you'll be donating towards the server rental which starts Jan 27th and ends April 27th.
4. Making a donation gives you the following rights:
a. Can apply for admin status on any server.
b. Can take part in votes at clan meetings.
c. Can propose or request changes to servers, such as moving to hard-core or using different maps or settings.
d. Are eligible for more senior positions, such as recruiter.
e. Can propose items to be added to clan meetings. For example, if you think we should pay money towards a server for a new game, you can bring this up a clan meeting if you're a donator.
In short, if you're paying some of your hard-earned money towards the clan you deserve to have a say in how it's run.
5. Donations are expected, but not required. You are expected to donate if you can, but if you cannot you will not lose your position within the clan (but you will lose the rights listed in point 4). This means you can join Euro Gamers even if you're unable to contribute to our servers.
